STORE POLICY

Here at Bling'd Up we take pride in our work and package to the best of our abilities. We are not responsible for damaged items during shipping. We hope all items arrive in perfect condition.

If an incorrect item has been sent, it may be sent back within 7 business days for exchange or store credit. Shipping is customers responsibility. 

If an item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

We have a certain processing time for handmade items - all processing time is listed at checkout before finalizing order.

We are not responsible for lost packages or insufficient addresses.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON CUSTOM ITEMS

We love creating unique items at your request! With that comes being very specific on notes left for custom orders. We will make the item according to YOUR description. We are not responsible if you did not input the information for custom orders correctly - all items are final sale. For phone cases, items will be made with the details left in your notes (some items may or may not fit on the case} For crystal cups, if you do not leave a note for color we will pick at random. Be sure to be clear and descriptive for these kinds of orders.
